   CONDITIONS OF STUD SERVICE  

1.       All expenses in connection with the breeding, such as cultures, artificial insemination, fresh or frozen sperm collection, sperm shipment, shipping containers and veterinarian fees incurred in connection with this breeding are the responsibility of the Bitch owner and must be paid as they are incurred.

2.       Stud Fee for this dog is $2000 U.S. or pick of the litter. The stud fee of $2000 U.S.  is payable upon sale of first puppy or when the litter becomes nine weeks old, whichever occurs first. If pick of the litter puppy is to be taken in lieu of the cash stud fee, stud owner will make selection of pick puppy prior to any puppy being sold or promised and prior to the litter becoming nine weeks old.

3.       Two  live puppies constitute a litter. If only one puppy is whelped, 50% stud fee is due.  Stud owner is not obligated to sign litter registration until stud fee is paid  in full or pick of the litter is taken.

4.       Bitch owner must  supply a copy of the bitch’s AKC/CKC  registration papers, copy of health certificates. Stud owner must receive this copy of  AKC registration papers and Certificate numbers before breeding or sperm collection.

5.       Stud owner has exclusive rights to sell or keep pick puppy (if taking a puppy in lieu of cash stud fee). Stud owner has the right to name the said puppy.

6.       Stud owner affirms this bitch is either at or over twenty-two (22) months of age and has not reached her seventh birthday (7) at the time of this mating.

7.       Bitch owner will not transfer ownership of any pup resulting from this breeding to any person or organization whose intent it is to resell, trade or give away the puppy or use it in laboratory experiments. If bitch owner fails to comply with this provision, he shall pay to the stud dog owner $10,000.00 U.S. in liquidated damages for the harm done to the reputation of the stud dog, the stud dog owner and the breed in general.
